Do you work with Grade-II listed properties?
Yes — the majority of our restoration projects are on Grade-II listed buildings. Listed-building consent is required and you arrange it; we do not handle the paperwork.

North London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Suffolk.

What does the sash window refurbishment cost?
From £800 for an average-size sash window, typically £920–£1,060. That covers any timber repairs and exterior repainting.

What does the sash window double glazing cost?
From £1,200 per sash window, typically £1,200–£1,700, including the full refurbishment scope on the same sash.

Do you make new sash windows?
No. We restore the windows the house was built with rather than replace them. If a sash is genuinely beyond repair, we will say so up front.
